Skagit County Superior Court is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Kaiman as Superior Court Commissioner, effective January 8, 2026. Mark has been a practicing attorney for nearly twenty-five years and has served as the Judge of the Ferndale Municipal Court since 2019. Throughout his legal career, he has practiced in a broad range of areas, including family law; civil matters such as protection order hearings, general litigation, and unlawful detainer actions; juvenile court matters; and criminal matters. Mark is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law and Washington State University.
