Please see the following communication from Skagit County Superior Court regarding upcoming calendar changes:

Due to budget reductions and associated staffing changes, including the reduction of a full-time court commissioner position to part-time, this notice is effective immediately. The following modifications to the Skagit County Superior Court Weekly Schedule will begin on February 1, 2026:

Pro Se Domestic Motions

Pro Se Domestic Motions will now be heard on Thursdays at 9:00 a.m..  Currently scheduled matters will not be affected by this change.

Adoptions

There will no longer be a standing adoption calendar. Adoption matters must be special set by contacting superiorcourtadmin@co.skagit.wa.us

Friday Morning Civil Calendars

Unlawful Detainers will be calendared separately from other civil matters.

• Unlawful Detainers - Fridays at 9:00 a.m.
• Civil Calendar – Fridays at 10:00 a.m.

Currently scheduled matters will not be affected by this change.

Other calendars remain unchanged.
