Due to the Judicial Spring Conference, Skagit County Superior Court Calendars for the Week of April 29-May 3 2024, are as follows:

Monday, April 29 - No Pro Se Domestic Motions, Civil Protection Order, At Risk Youth or Criminal Calendars***. No Jury or Bench Trials. Ex parte Calendar will be at 1:15pm. Adult Criminal Rightings will be at 3:00pm at the Courthouse.

Tuesday, April 30 – No Dependency, Civil Protection Order or Criminal Motions Calendars. No Family Recovery Court. Shelter Care calendar will be heard if needed. No Jury or Bench Trials. Ex parte Calendar will be at 1:15pm. Adult Criminal Rightings will be at 3:00pm at the Courthouse.

Wednesday, May 1 –Civil Protection Order Calendar will be heard at 9:00am. No Truancy or Drug Court Calendars. No Jury or Bench Trials. Ex parte Calendar will be at 1:15pm. Adult Criminal Rightings will be at 3:00pm at the Courthouse.

Thursday, May 2 - There will be a Civil Protection Order calendar on Thursday, May 2nd at 1:30 p.m. Criminal (Morning and Afternoon),

Juvenile, and Ex parte Calendars per normal schedule. No Domestic Motions or Summary Judgment/Dispositive Motions/RALJ Calendars.

Friday, May 3 – No changes.

***Since there is not a criminal trial confirmation calendar on Monday, April 29, 2024, this calendar will follow the holiday schedule and be heard on Friday, April 26, 2024 at 1:30pm.
