Due to the Judicial Spring Conference, Skagit County Superior Court Calendars for the Week of April 25, 2022, are as follows:
No Jury or Bench Trials the week of April 25.
Monday, April 25: No Morning Calendars. Afternoon Calendars will proceed as normal.
Tuesday, April 26: Criminal Rightings will be by video at 10:30am in Superior Court. The exparte calendar will be at 1:15pm in Superior Court. An “emergency only” Shelter Care Calendar will be available if needed. No Dependency, Criminal Arraignments, Domestic Violence/SAPO/VAPO, or Family Recovery Court Calendars.
Wednesday, April 27: No Morning Calendars. Afternoon Calendars will proceed as normal.
Thursday, April 28: No Morning Calendars. There will be a Domestic Motions Calendar added at 1:30pm. Afternoon Calendars will proceed as normal.
Friday, April 29 – No Morning Calendars. Afternoon Calendars will proceed as normal.
ITA hearings will be held as usual on April 26th, April 27th, and April 29th.
