This CLE will provide a general overview of Asylum, explaining the differences between affirmative and defensive claims, reviewing step by step instructions on how to complete and I-589 form, and updating participants about current asylum topics.
Presented by Maggie Cheng, NWIRP's Professional Development and Resource Attorney and former supervisor of their Asylum Unit.
