SCBA's REGULAR MEETING
of the Membership of the Association

We encourage all attorneys in the community to attend, whether or not you are a current member of the Skagit County Bar Association. According to SCBA's ByLaws, however, you must be a current Resident Member to be eligible to vote at this Regular Meeting.

SCBA's Bylaws, Section II, states the following:

"2.1 Meetings Required to be Held. There shall be at least four regular meetings of the Membership of the Association scheduled during each calendar year, to be held at such times and places as determined by the Board of Directors. Business may be transacted at such meetings if a quorum is present..."
