“VIRTUAL” STATE OF THE JUDICIARY

Welcome to the 2020 State of the Judiciary dinner event.  This year's event will be virtual.  We have a full agenda this year, including the following and more:

• Announcement of 2020 Hugh Ridgeway Award Winner
• Reports from Superior and District Court Bench
• Update from Andy Dugan, our new VLP Manager
• Local trivia (with prizes) hosted by Maren Anderson, our new law librarian

We look forward to welcoming all active SCBA members to this much beloved annual event and tradition.

This year, given the virtual format, instead of charging an admission fee for the event we ask our members to either (1) make a minimum donation of $25.00 to the Campaign for Equal Justice or (2) register for this year's Skagit VLP Annual CLE (ONLINE) -- Social Justice and Racial Equity in the Civil Legal System.

If you decide to make the donation, please email your receipt from your donation to info@skagitcountybar.org.  If you decide to sign up for the VLP Annual CLE you don't need to do anything else.   Remember to also sign up for the event online through SCBA's website.  All who donate or register for the VLP Annual CLE will receive their log in codes and passwords for the State of the Judiciary dinner on October 21, 2020.
