Join us for a presentation on the Washington Civil Court Rules for Discovery, including public records act, interrogatories, RFP, RFA, depositions, subpoenas, request for inspection and physical/mental exams.
The Presenter, Heather Webb, is a Shareholder with GLP Attorneys. Ms. Webb started in the legal field in 1990 as a paralegal. In 2002 she joined GLP Attorneys and in 2003 commenced the Rule 6 Law Clerk Program. After completing the Law Clerk Program in 2007, Ms. Webb joined GLP as an attorney. Ms. Webb the lead attorney and litigator at the Burlington and Wenatchee offices of GLP Attorneys and practices in Skagit, Whatcom, Island, Chelan, Douglas, San Juan and Okanogan Counties.
Ms. Webb has been recognized as a Rising Star in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. She was granted membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Form in 2017, is an Eagle member of WSAJ. Ms. Webb received her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington in Spanish. She provides all representation for GLP Attorney’s Spanish speaking clients in Washington State.
When not working, Ms. Webb spends as much time as she can with her husband and two boys.
