Criminal Law Case Updates

Mount Vernon criminal defense attorney Corbin Volluz will be presenting an update on recent Washington criminal cases dealing with issues of interest to those in general practice, and in particular to criminal defense attorneys.

Corbin Volluz has been practicing criminal law in Skagit County for the last 27-years.  The first eight-years he worked at the Skagit County Prosecuting Attorney’s office.  When he left in 1998, he was a Senior Felony Deputy Prosecutor.  Since then, he has been in private practice, representing people who are charged with crimes, which is his major focus.  For the last several years, Corbin has been briefing appellate decisions dealing with criminal law issues and disseminating them to local members of the defense bar.
